A Personal Comment & Preamble to The Petition to Her Majesty The Queen:
Over the last few years there has been a growing concern at the loss of democracy, by the peoples of Britain, in these United Kingdoms. There has also been increasing alarm at the loss of rights and freedoms of the peoples of Britain which are their birth right.
EuroScepticism has existed from the very start of the EEC experiment and it has increasingly gathered pace as the damage to Britain and her peoples was increasingly obvious. It was this EuroScepticism which led Edward Heath to the belief that the British peoples would NOT vote in favour of the continuance of The Treaty of Rome in The Referendum, if they knew the truth and to trick the peoples of Britain into voting YES in The Referendum Edward Heath LIED to the people both on the floor of The House of Commons and in the documentation at the time.
Edward Heath, whose title I do not use as I feel it besmirches the value of the title for honorable men who have been Knighted, LIED to the peoples of Britain saying: ‘signing The Treaty of Rome will NOT effect National Sovereignty.’ This was not only a lie but an intentional lie on his part, to which many others in politics colluded, as he has subsequently confessed that he lied wittingly and with intent. This has been further endorsed by the release of Cabinet papers under the 30 year secrecy rule.
The constant flow of exposure of lies by politicians 30 years previously can only lead one to be greatly concerned as to the possibility of lies we are currently being told!
Scepticism about Europe and the entire EuroSceptic movement have been dishonestly villified by the individuals, politicians and other beneficiaries of the creation of a European Super State. Scepticism of the way in which the EEC and latterly [without democratic vote or consent] the EU has been moving has been unfairly and dishonestly branded as xenophobic, extremist, Little Englander and Nationalist in the worst sense of the word; this is of course palpable nonsense and makes for soundbites and headlines only convincing to the very ill informed.
From the EuroScepticism of earlier years has grown a very real concern now more typified by the EuroRealist movements.
One such EuroRealist movement has been The Magna Carta Society which recently ceased and the organisation was legally closed as an functioning body from this came, amongst others, SANITY [Subjects Against the Nice Treaty] they have sought to redress the harm to Britain by legal and Constitutional means.

A great deal of research has, as you will appreciate, gone into the finalisation of this initiative and we feel sure that it will gain the support of a huge number of people in both Britain and The Commonwealth, which is of course greatly effected by the actions of Her Majesty The Queen and the Governance of Britain.
The success of SANITY’s initiative is of course dependent on the support of the peoples of Britain and the Commonwealth and it is appreciated that the support of Britain’s historic allies is essential.
